Our Services
Classes of Support
We support participants who want to prepare for, access or maintain employment. Assistance can include building workplace confidence, developing everyday work-related skills and supporting participants to work towards their employment goals.
Assist – Life Stage, Transition
Life changes can sometimes feel overwhelming. We provide practical support through different stages and transitions, helping participants build confidence, organise everyday responsibilities and adjust to new routines or environments.
Assist – Personal Activities
Our personal activity support is delivered with dignity, privacy and respect. We assist participants with everyday personal tasks based on their individual needs while encouraging independence wherever possible.
Assist – Travel/Transport
We help participants travel safely and confidently to appointments, work, education, community activities, shopping and other important destinations, supporting greater independence and community access.
Daily Tasks / Shared Living
We provide support with everyday tasks in shared or supported living environments. Our focus is on creating comfortable routines, encouraging independence and helping participants take an active role in their daily lives.
Innovative Community Participation
We support participants to explore new opportunities, develop confidence and become more involved in their communities. Activities can be tailored around personal interests, goals and individual abilities.
Development – Life Skills
Building everyday skills can create greater independence and confidence. We assist participants with practical skills such as communication, planning, budgeting, cooking, organisation, decision-making and other areas of daily living.
Household Tasks
We can provide assistance with household activities to help participants maintain a safe, comfortable and organised home. Support may include cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and other everyday household responsibilities.
Participate Community
We help participants stay connected with the people, places and activities that matter to them. From recreational activities and appointments to shopping and social outings, our support encourages meaningful participation in the community.
Group / Centre-Based Activities
Our group and centre-based support creates opportunities to socialise, learn, participate and build confidence in a welcoming environment. Activities can encourage friendship, creativity, independence and new experiences.
